Today I pulled out a Jullian Michaels exercise tape that I've had for at least 2 years if not longer...and completed the Shape up-front. It of a 30 minute tape that still has sweat pouring off me!! and there was several times that I couldn't complete the exercise (arms dips!!). I found I liked her exercise and decided to keep going with this for 2 weeks and re-evaluate. Here is the first assessment.

Pushups: 9
Situps: 15 (that is so terrible!!)
